The compendium's summaries are linked to the original research reports and tools, which CHR Web users can download at no charge. "The compendium is a useful document for managers in the hospitality industry and related industries, because it contains so much potentially valuable information," said Rohit Verma, professor of hotel administration and CHR executive director. The compendium presents summaries of all 2009 CHR publications, including Cornell Hospitality Reports, Cornell Hospitality Tools and Cornell Hospitality Roundtable Proceedings, along with summaries of articles published in the Cornell Hospitality Quarterly in 2009 by the faculty of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.
The Cornell Center for Hospitality Research (CHR) has issued its 2010 Cornell Hospitality Compendium, which is available for free download at the CHR Web site.
